PLANTA CLASIFICADORA DE ENVASES

     Esta mañana los alumnos de primero de Peluquería y Cosmética Capilar visitamos la Planta Clasificadora de Envases ubicada en Villamayor. La planta está en el antiguo vertedero. Allí llegan los envases, de Salamanca y provincia, que depositamos en los contenedores amarillos. Vimos el proceso desde la llegada de las bolsas y nos dimos cuenta de cómo, operarios y cintas transportadoras, separan los diferentes tipos de plásticos, bolsas y briks y cómo las cintas imantadas, el hierro y el aluminio. Todo lo separado se embala con destino a varios centros de reciclaje por toda España. En total se recuperan unas 3/4 partes del contenido de las 250 toneladas mensuales recogidas en los contenedores. El resto va destino a Gomecello donde se le hace un nuevo tratamiento.

     La salida ha sido interesante; nos ha servido para ser conscientes de la importancia que tiene reciclar lo máximo posible ya que los recursos no durarán para siempre.

                                                     PACKAGING PLANT GRADER

   This morning the first year students of Hairdressing visited the Classification Packaging Plant located in Villamayor . The plant is in the old landfill,that is where the packaging from Salamanca arrives , which we place in the yellow containers . We saw the process from the arrival of the bags and we realized how operators and conveyors  separated the different types of plastic bags and cartons and how magnetized tapes separated  iron and aluminum. Everything is packed separately bound to various recycling centers throughout Spain . In total, about 3/4 of the content of the monthly 250 tons collected in the containers are recovered. The rest goes to Gomecello destination where a new treatment is made.     The actitvity was interesting . It has helped us to be aware of the importance of recycling as much as possible and that resources of the Nature will not last forever .
