CASTRO ENRÍQUEZ DEHESA FROM SALAMANCA VISIT
Yesterday
morning, we had great luck as we could visit Castro Enriquez, a typical farm
pasture Salamanca. They greeted us wonderfully;they explained us what we were about
to see in a large hall.
As
we were a bit large group, they divided in two mini groups; we did a walk tour through
the paddock and they explained us what is the flora, how a pasture is created,
how it is their bulls contact...
Afterwards,
we went to the corral and they explained the operating system. Then, we had a
little bit of free time. Finally, we went to the interpretation center where we
saw a video and an exhibition.
